1. INSPECT MODE DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Check the operation.

    		Component without harness connected:
    (Mode damper servo sub-assembly)
    *2
    		FACE Mode
    *3
    		BI-LEVEL Mode
    *4
    		FOOT Mode
    *5
    		FOOT/DEF Mode
    *6
    		DEF Mode

    1. Apply battery voltage to the servo motor and check the operation of the servo motor.

      OK:
      Measurement Condition
      		Specified Condition
      Battery positive (+) → Terminal 5
      Battery negative (-) → Terminal 2
      		Servo motor turns clock wise smoothly
      Battery positive (+) → Terminal 4
      Battery negative (-) → Terminal 5
      		Servo motor turns counter clock wise smoothly

      If the result is not as specified, replace the mode damper servo motor.
